Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on products that have been damaged by the customer unless there is proof that it arrived damaged. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items (such as Summer/Winter/Autumn Eid items, stock clearance sales, or discounted articles). Exchanges
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that a 35% fee of the previous invoice/parcel will be charged for exchanging an item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, 30% will be deducted from the original amount, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your preferred payment method. Please remember that it can take 3-12 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Feel free to modify any part of this policy as needed!
